Dolma

Another classic of the Bosnian cuisine is certainly the dolma. In Bosnia it is made with different vegetables: onions, peppers, zucchini, cabbage and grape leaves. Our demonstrator, will help you master the technique of preparing this fine dish

The workshops of Bosnian cuisine are organized in small groups of up to 8 individuals, to promote the exchange between participants and demonstrator.
